I really want to develop my player the best I can to be as valuable as I can be on the next level. I don't care much about points or playing time, it is more about being better for the next level.

I honestly don't even care. I will not be someone who will complain about being on the first line or being on the bottom line. I think being any lower than first line is a motivation to be better, so I take it as something to improve on rather than something to put me down.
