1) The role of the great leader was paramount in the establishment and consolidation of governments during the interwar period 1917 to 1950.
2) To what extent did non-democratic states have more influences than democratic states on the major events from 1917 to 1950?
3) The USA has sought to make the world safe for itself, not "to make the world safe for democracy". (1917 - 1950 examples)

I only need to prep for 2 of them but which 2 do you think have the most content/are easiest?

I need help w an outline for an essay.

2 and 3 would be super easy to answer, if you've got all the appropriate material on hand.

How would I make a thesis for this? Turn it into a what extent question?

You're looking for examples during 1917-1950 in which you could say the US took action or interviened in their own interest. The question suggests that the United States was fine with a dictatorship in other parts of the world as long as it served their own interests in some way. Identify those situations and explain the benefit. Look at the USSR, Korea, Japan, China and Germany. The United States didn't get actively involved in WWII until after pearl harbor and up until then they didn't seem to demonstrate the need for brining democracy to Japan. Didn't have a problem with Germany, at least not one worth fighting...until their own interests were threatened.
