Adam Falk finished his third complete season in the SHL this year, and once again he smashed all of his previous high's in every category. He was among the leaders for S25 draftees, posting 17 goals and 20 assists good for 37 points during the 50-game regular season. While that may be impressive even for regular season statistics, his performance during the playoffs was truly something to watch. In the previous two seasons and appearances in the playoffs, Falk combined for just 2 goals and 3 assists in 14 games played. This post-season though? Simply a miraculous performance, light years beyond what he has put up before. In the 11 games played by the North Stars, Falk put up 5 goals and 7 assists for 12 points this playoffs alone, leading the entire team for points. After a lengthy stint on the second line, Falk & his long-time line mate Andrey Barbashev were given the opportunity to shine on the first unit, and did not disappoint. While the North Stars cruised passed the Minnesota Chiefs, they were taken down once more by the Hamilton Steelhawks for the fifth season in a row. However, they did take them to seven games. Could next season end the drought finally? Falk continues to hope he'll be a main reason.

TASK FOUR: (worth 3 TPE)

It's the end of Season 30, and after yet another career-high setting year, Adam Falk and the North Stars have finally ended the league's longest-tenured curse. The parade has long been finished and the city has a metric ton of cleaning up & sobering up to do, each player now gets their respective day with the Challenge Cup. Adam's day falls on the weekend, which is just perfect timing for what he has planned. The cup arrives in Norway early in the morning for Falk, and he places it in the passenger seat of his SUV... off he goes. Falk arrives at the local arena where he grew up as a child playing in the midget leagues, where he has organized an event for all the children to play for the cup itself. The tournament was no surprise for the local Norwegian children, but to actually have the Challenge Cup there? Nobody had any clue, parents included. The festivities carry-on the entire day, until one team finally wins the championship and they're gifted with carrying the Challenge Cup around the local ice. The day ends with Falk gathering up the local children, families, and friends around the cup and taking a photo for the occasion to be remembered. A great day for Norway, and a great victory for Toronto.
