Task 1:



Task 2: Jaime Hill had rather solid regular season with the Calgary Dragons, in 50 games he managed to score 25 goals and 21 assists, but his +/- rating was absolutely insane, +31, so he did not only play well offensively, but was also really solid in his own end too. Hill´s goal total was the best in Calgary and that 25 goals also gave him number 7 spot in the whole league!

He played in the first line with Anrikkanen and Johnson, so it´s quite safe to say that they were one of the most dangerous trios in the whole league.

Playoffs has not been so great for Jaime on a personal level, but I´m sure he don´t mind too much, since his team is in the finals. So far in 11 games he has 3+1, +/- rating is -1. Somewhat weaker start to the playoffs has resulted in him being moved to 2nd line with Pedersen and Mack. Interesting to see how well that trio manages to play together, perhaps that move is all it takes for Hill to find his scoring touch from the regular season. If Hill manages to get back in form, Calgary is really close to winning the cup this year. (205)

Task 3:

Hamilton Steelhawks vs West Kendall Platoon, game 3

Before this game was played, WKP was leading the series 2-0, so if they would win the game 3, I think it would be really hard for Hamilton to come from 3-0 to 3-3 and then go through to the next round. I´m sure some teams have managed to do that in the past, but 3-0 down in the playoffs and then winning 4 games in row? Very unlikely thing to happen in my opinion.

As some of you know, WKP lost the game 3 against Hamilton in the overtime 4-3, making the series 2-1, but as mentioned before, 3-0 for WKP at this point, would Hamilton be in the finals now? WKP had a lot of chances in the game, they out shot Hamilton 19-4 in the first two periods, but still the game was 1-1 at that point. In the third period Hamilton had 14 shots and WKP 13, game tied at 3-3 and the game goes to the overtime where anything is possible and Hamilton took the game home in the OT as we know.

That win was the key moment in that series, Hamilton secured extremely important win and perhaps that win was all it took for them to catch fire, Hamilton won the next three games and WKP´s playoff run was over. (225)


Task 4:

I would more than likely travel back to Finland and visit the town I was born in first. I would spend few hours there just talking to people, signing stuff and taking pictures. I could spend more time there of course, but the town is quite small, so few hours is enough.

From there I would travel to city called Tampere which is only 40 or so minutes from the little town I was born in. There I would do the same thing, take pictures, sign stuff and just talk with people. It´s quite rare that you get to see the cup in Finland, even more rare that you get to see it in the area where I was born in, so getting to see people having a good time is easily worth it.

After that I would move towards a cottage that I rented and take the cup to sauna with me. Then I would jump into a lake and swim with the cup. Not sure how much the cup actually weights, but if it´s not too heavy, I reckon I could swim with it.

Basically my day would start with the fans and end with just me having little fun and relaxing with the cup before I hand it over to next player! (214)
