We mostly did that since a player cannot control being traded to an extent.  It was so we didn't have to do constant restructuring based around trades, and so to close a loophole that all GM's could trade HO members to the same team to get them all to step down :lol: (Which would never happen, but still)

So this rule is probably still in effect, I wouldn't have been allowed to re-run for member anyway at the end of my term due to being Texas

This is entirely correct. If anybody wishes to read the rule, it's still in the rulebook.

Member of HO said it was fine, so truthfully. TDW & BUF despite the rules shouldn't be punished because of that fact.

RED on the other hand, should be punished more severely for using his position to allow contact despite it being against the rules.

But that is just me, so no one gives a fuck. Vote me for HO!
