Due to his involvement in the Portland/Buffalo/Laing issue, the Head Office has decided that it is necessary to hand down disciplinary action to JumpierPegasus.

During the course of our investigation into the tampering case, it came to light that JP had been communicating with GroupMeIsKindOfOkay (Laing) about the case. The communications were not simple updates of the status of things, but were instead misleading or even false statements made as to the status of the investigation and the comportment or opinions of individual HO members. These communications also encouraged GroupMeIsKindOfOkay to take this false information public and to make what was already a tense and difficult situation worse. Everything about these communications worked in opposition to the mission and ethics of being a member of the Head Office and tarnished the integrity of the proceedings.

The public absolutely has a right to know (at least in broad and general terms) what the Head Office is discussing. However, it is logically inconsistent to accept that any position (GMs, Bank, HoF/Awards/All-Star Committee/IIHF) should have a private sub-forum where things can be discussed and expect 100% transparency from that organization as well. The issue here is not that JP divulged information about what was going on in HO. The issue is that he spread false information to an involved party with malicious intent of exacerbating a situation. Steps will be taken to ensure that there is more transparency between what is happening in HO and the General Populace, but that is not what JP was doing. What JP did demonstrated a lack of trustworthiness and respect for his position.

As such, the Head Office is administering the following penalty on JumpierPegasus:
- Removal from HO
- $10m fine
- Unable to run for HO reelection for 5 seasons
- Unable to hold any new official position on the site for 3 seasons (He may continue to serve as the "coach" for Texas during this period)
