The West Kendall Platoon are proud to announce their first members of the team own personal Hall of Fame! (4 Total stay tuned! Wink

There may not be inductions every season, but it was something we felt was important to start to include for the team to help further grow the culture and history of the team. These numbers are being honoured not retired outright (we don’t want to be the Montreals of the SHL with no jerseys to use), So without to much extra rambling lets get right into it.

The first inductee is a way back, play back. Retiring over 15 seasons ago, Marshall will finally see his name raised to the West Kendall rafters as his name and number become a part of the 1st class of WKP’s players to be honoured

Being a big part of the Platoon during the 20-30 stretch of seasons, Szlerchek was a huge part of the West Kendall line up for many seasons. Putting up over 500 points in the uniform is more than enough for a nod to the group of players being honoured today

Still a fan and franchise favourite, Pettyfer’s career was shorter than most it feels like but the time he was on the ice for the team and the league he was an impact player. Finishing over the 450 point mark for the franchise, very few players are as deserving as Oliver, and West Kendall is honoured to raise this name to the rafters.

The man himself. Pooshkin. I mean Bojo. Having stuck with the team from career start all the way to the end, mixed with the fact he has been GM for just a little bit has him sitting in the shoe in category for being raised to the rafters. Holding most of the teams higher accolades for Defense, he is raised to the rafters with tears in his eyes at the podium and all the fans holding their stuffed Pooshkins to the sky like the lion king.
