Okay, everyone, it’s that time of year. Welcome Week, and I’d like to formally welcome @ej27 and @BadWolf, Not only as rookies but both got drafted to Anchorage Armada  and I couldn’t be MORE stoked. After getting drafted to the same team I decided to invite the ladies over for a spooky slumber party on Halloween night to get to know one another better.
EJ came over first, and King answered the door in his tighty whiteys, yes. he’s a tighty whitey man…and yes people have been asking. It was an awkward introduction but I sent King out with Lazyeye and Vin so we could all have our girl time.

Xena: So EJ, I hear this isn’t you’re first time playing in the SHL?
EJ: Actually, this is my 17th season, but that was all with my first player, who still has one season left to play.
Xena: Oh, so you’re only a second gen?
EJ: Yeah, my first player was a forward. After this season’s regression, Linna has 1102 TPE. I think the highest he got was 1880.
Xena: Nice! Hopefully I’ll get there one day.
EJ: You definitely will. You’ve got what it takes Xe, you’re already at 400TPE and super early on!
Xena: Oh stop! But, don’t stop. So, what’s your goal with this new player?
EJ: I hope to earn TPE as fast or faster than I did with my previous player and I hope to start building a quality defenseman.
Xena: Defensemen eh….

*Doorbell rings*

Xena: Ahhh it’s just some trick or treaters….

All I had was candy corn so they egged my house shortly after.

Afterward, EJ and I started to get acquainted we realized an hour had gone by and Badwolf hasn’t shown up yet…and she hasn’t been active on discord for over 2 hours. We were starting to worry, so we decided to message her and keep ourselves busy while we wait so that we don’t worry too much.
We watched Hocus Pocus, ordered pizza, played with my Ouija board, and made a ketchup cake…. but we were still worried about BadWolf.
So, we did the one thing we knew would actually keep our minds off worrying.
We made EJ a Tinder account.
 
Xena: Tweeds?
EJ: Right, because he and his fashion twin twils have hella style
Xena:Rush?
EJ:  Left, I’m too soft for him.

EJ: I wouldn’t kick him out of bed for eating crackers
Xena: JayWhy?

EJ: …. Oh, look there’s Badwolf!

That’s when we saw a dark figure outside my window…. followed by a howl.
I opened the door, and there she was BADWOLF! And she had her puppy Iris with her!

BadWolf: Sorry guys, TDZ couldn’t watch her so I had to bring her along.

So, the night continued, as most slumber parties do... we had a pillow fight.
 
and I won of course because I SMASHED them. It got super heated and I accidentally roundhouse kicked them both to face. I felt bad so I bought them both McRibs after… but they were still pretty upset.

Badwolf: you can’t just kick people when they start winning…

BadWolf said with an Icepack on her nose and biting into her second McRib.

Xena: I know I’m sorry, but you guys teamed up...

I tried to change the topic.

Xena: EJ and I tested out the Ouija board earlier if you’re down to play?
EJ: yeah, it’s fine just be careful, please. And BadWolf its kind of fun might as well end on a good note.

So, we took out the Ouija board. Put our fingers down one at a time on the needle…
