Seattle, WA - Herb Robert has finally joined the Seattle Riot this season, even though he has yet to actually play during pre-season (cough @staticshock is a poop), he now has his sights set on next season's IIHF tournament. Robert has played for Team Canada's World Junior team the past three seasons, producing decently in recent seasons. Overall, he has put up 21 points in 38 games. While IIHF rules allow players to represent a country of their choice, given they have not played for a country's senior team, Robert is taking the opportunity to test the waters.

"I liked representing Canada, we won a silver one season. When I was entering the SMJHL, I wanted to represent Russia....which you'd know about if you read my very first article (Herb Robert's childhood friend was Russian and he died in a car accident, so Herb wanted to rep his buddy internationally). Unfortunately, the Russian Federation Head completely ignored me when I reached out to them, so I have no desire to go there now. I'll carry the memory of my friend in another capacity. I'm not in the business of forcing things that aren't going to work out. So, I'll be looking into every team and hopefully someone reaches out to me."

Herb Robert said he wants a good chance at being a main roster player early, hopefully a middle 6 wing position. He doesn't want to be relied upon as a first liner, but a bona fide second liner spot would be ideal.

Oh asa-alaikum Jeddie. The RedHawks do have an eerily similar color scheme as a certain federation.
