SHL S49 Game 70 - CHI @ HAM

SHL Game 70 Advanced Taterlytics Report:
Posessor: Angelo Odjick @QuantumCowboy
Team: Hamilton Steelhawks
Victim: N/A
Team: Chicago Syndicate
Time: N/A
Total possession time:  1:00:00
Hot po-take-to:
Angelo Odjick, second-(and fourth-)line winger for the Steelhawks, appeared to flail around on the rink much better than previously. Angelo's one-handed style of holding the stick and the potato has been unorthodox, but they were able to get 8 shots on goal throughout the game, making up about 1/4 of the team's shots on goal overall. They had no luck in the points department, however. They're really trying their best to get that puck in the net, but their potato-wielding style has been inhibiting their abilities and they should really look into chucking it at the next opportunity.

SHL S49 Game 78 - HAM @ TOR

SHL Game 78 Advanced Taterlytics Report:
Posessor: Angelo Odjick @QuantumCowboy
Team: Hamilton Steelhawks
Victim: Wolfhard Richter @Plastic Bowl
Team: Toronto North Stars
Time: 7:46 of 3rd period
Total possession time:  47:46
Hot po-take-to:
And just when you thought he couldn't get worse, Angelo went and did something like this... and TOTALLY REDEEMED HIMSELF! His one-handed style finally paid off as he provided primary assists to Hamilton's first two goals of the game. After the potato dump, he switched back to his two handed style just in time to score the Steelhawks's 4th goal himself (with a pass from Robert Phelps who had to pull it out of the teeth of a hungry Jax Duggan). Angelo also took 5 shots on goal to boot, showing his ultimate handle on the Hot Potato. It appears they were confident in their abilities after that, because Odjick decided to pass the Hot Potato on to the next victim, Wolfhard Richter. Here's looking to Angelo's exciting new turn in their career!

SHL Game 78 Advanced Taterlytics Report:
Posessor: Wolfhard Richter @Plastic Bowl
Team: Toronto North Stars
Victim: Robert Phelps @DrunkenTeddy
Team: Hamilton Steelhawks
Time: 17:33 of 3rd period
Total possession time:  9:47
Hot po-take-to:
Wolfhard Richter, 3rd-line defense for the North Stars, seems like he is a little stitious of the Hot Potato. He was hit in the head by Angelo, but within 10 minutes he found a fun target to go after. There isn't much to be said about his game as he passed the Potato on fairly quickly.

SHL Game 78 Advanced Taterlytics Report:
Posessor: Robert Phelps @DrunkenTeddy
Team: Hamilton Steelhawks
Victim: N/A
Team: Toronto North Stars
Time: N/A
Total possession time:  2:27
Hot po-take-to:
Robert Phelps, 1st-line center for the Steelhawks, was smacked in the head by Wolfhard's hard wolf, narrowly avoiding a concussion and newly possessing the Hot Potato. He only had it for a few minutes at the end of the game, but must carry it on to the next game. As the brother of Michael Phelps, Robert's skill in hockey has nearly matched Michael's skill in swimming. We can only hope the Hot Potato doesn't make an attempt to jump from Robert to Michael, who would have a hard time getting rid of it unless he decided to try out hockey for a bit. Hot Potato wranglers are on standby to keep the Hot Potato from jumping ship to another sport entirely.
