Some players tend to forget that the hockey rink has two ends. You can't just play offense or defense if you hope to win a hockey game - you have to make sure you have a little of both.

That being said, these guys really know how to play on both sides of the puck! Let's hand out the Jeff Dar Award, given to the league's best two-way forward!
