Do you know what downtown New Orleans is missing? An amusement park. But not just any amusement park, we will be introducing Specter World! It will have all sorts of thrills and attractions for the whole family. We would clear out a few blocks on all sides around the arena, with the hockey rink in the very middle. It would be Mardi Gras themed, with an additional spooky flair just to make it a bit different. We would have roller coasters, at least a couple, that would weave around the city blocks and maybe even over the arena itself. There would be carnival games and the more simplistic attractions like bumper cars for the kiddies and folks who might not enjoy thrill rides. And the food! A couple restaurants and food stands that feature some of the best snacks and dishes that New Orleans can offer. What a way to spend the day - hit the amusement park pre-game and then sit and watch a top tier hockey team in the evening.

Pablo Salvatici's first thought as to what cool surrounding landmarks such as buildings and nature that he would like around the Atlanta Inferno's Simulation Hockey League home arena in the grand city of Atlanta, Georgia, located in the United States of America was an active volcano. Unfortunately the city nixed that idea because it's a "public safety hazard" and "how the hell would we even make one of those, no denied." Needless to say Pablo needed to come up with a second idea and that idea was a zoo nearby for the players and the public alike to enjoy. It has a pool to house P.E.E. the eel @hotdog and a terrarium to house the toad Munko Aitmukhambetov @Duff101. It also has a lake nearby for Puddles O'Duck to sit in @Z-Whiz and Pablo himself to sit in. There is also a cave in the zoo to house Binko Koivu @goldenglutes on off days because we're not really sure what he is exactly. Anyways it's basically just a big park with a zoo and a pond for everyone to enjoy because the Atlanta Inferno are eco friendly.

The absolute best part about the Specters being located in New Orleans is that we didn’t have to worry about building up the area around our home arena. While we have a couple of bars and restaurants near the arena itself, the Spooky King Center sits a mile and a half from the absolute GREATEST place to go in the United States: Bourbon Street. There’s a reason why the Specters, even in their lean years, were the SHL’s top “away team fans” destination. Its because Bourbon Street is chock full of the party life. You can fly in, party on Bourbon, check out the Specters game, and then head right back for the time of your life. You can take a short walk to Cafe du Monde to get the best beignets on the planet. There are so many delicious restaurants in the area. You can’t turn a corner without having the ability to get a shrimp po’ boy or even some fried alligator. Add in the haunted mansions and old school cemeteries, and you’ve got yourself one hell of a fun time. (183)

The entire neighborhood is going to be like Super Mario World. There’s going to be weird ass trees and angry turtles chasing after you that you’ll have to stomp on. Also there will be angry muffins that will chase after you that you’ll also have to stomp on. There will also be dinosaurs that you can ride around that make funny noises and eat your enemies.  Everyone has to grow a big stupid ass mustache and dress like Italian plumbers. There will be catchy theme music and all the buildings will be turned into castles. Along with all these exciting and potentially life threatening hazards, there will be large pits you can fall to your death into. And big ass angry floating concrete blocks that will try to crush the fuck out of you. But fret not, because there’s a princess somewhere that you can save or whatever, she’s just never going to be in the fucking castle you’re at.

Planning around an arena or stadium seems pretty straight forward, people will generally want to have somewhere to eat before or after a game, maybe some drinks, so you have to put a few pubs in there. Then you needs lots of parking. You will also have a bunch of people who do not have tickets to the game who just want to be near the stadium to watch it on TV, so MORE PUBS. Then you have to have somewhere to celebrate after a big win, so I would recommend some pubs for that. Oh and I guess transit options in the area so people don't get tempted to drive after going to the game or pubs. The other stuff that would be good to have around is some food carts, because when you've been drinking a solid food cart taco really hits the spot. Maybe a team store around there too, just cause.

My arena's gonna be surrounded by a lot of the traditional things that make hockey games fun. There will be several nice hotels of varying rates within walking distance as well as a nice variety of local breweries, pubs, and night clubs for those who really want to get funky after the game (lol don't judge me I've never been huge on clubbing but know people who appreciate it). Visitors will have easy access to public transit and several parking lots either underground or in nearby parkades that can be reserved in advance of gametime. Similar to Ice District in Edmonton I think it would be neat to follow suit and have a public outdoor rink nearby as well as a few nifty little shops around for all ages to update their team gear and whatever else they want to kill time doing before the game. I guess a casino somewhere in the mix would be appreciated by some as well but I don't know, I'm kind of indifferent to that. Anyways just a bunch of random things to do in and around the rink to give people the full experience.

Hai Nam Hoang lives in an apartment in downtown Great Falls, a roommate of fellow Grizzly Loosh O'Sullivan. Theirs is a quiet abode during the off-day. Hoang is a quiet, reserved person who likes to read books and busy himself, making him an incredible roommate. If there's a chore that needs to get done, even if it isn't his usual duty, if he's got time and the tools, that light will get replaced, that sink will get cleaned, the door hinges will be disinfected. While Loosh is the star of many of the city's finer alcohol-selling establishments, Hoang tags along only for the company. He does drink, but he can't dream of drinking Loosh, an Irishman, under the table. Still, Hoang loves him like he loves all his teammates, and he loves O'Sullivan in a way you hate all your roommates.

When it comes to designing the perfect arena neighborhood, you want it to be an absolute party area that is easily accessible but also cuts down on car traffic. There would be regular public transportation that runs into the area. This serves a few purposes. First, it helps to cut down on pollution which is a win for everyone. Second, it creates a neighborhood that allows for the easy movement for both the fans heading into the arena to watch the game and those who are watching the game in the surrounding bars and restaurants. Third, it lets people get absolutely ripped and not have to worry about how they are going to get home. With how hard people drink at SHL games, this is a win win. This ties into the next design necessity. Bars, bars, restaurants, and bars. For a top tier sports environment, you need every type of food and drink represented. Fans should be able to easily grab a bite from whatever type of place they want before game time so they are in the best mood possible before puck drop.

Well this is fun, especially with an unlimited budget! First of all, all cars will be underground. Once you enter the neighbourhood, you'll drive to a huge underground parking space. The neighbourhood has no cars, and the arena is at the very center of it. There will be everything necessary for a perfect gameday experience both for the locals and for the visitors.

The first circular layer around the arena is a park area with a lot of green everywhere, a lot of benches for people to sit on and very well kept pedestrian streets leading to the arena. The park circle also has food stands, fan shops, small cafes and bars. It's the place where people gather together and spend time before and after the matches. And because it's actually so nice, people will also hang out and meet their friends there every day of the year. Outside the park circle there will be the commercial and transportation layer. There will be bus and tram stations, a few hotels, shopping malls, night clubs, restaurants etc. The visitors will enter the neighbourhood from there and will also spend the night there.

Ok guys hear me out, the perfect commercial area around the Atlanta Inferno Inferno, The centre Babip, needs to have a few of my ideas integrated to it so we generate hype and most importantly, mony.

So first, we need a Calzone place around the arena, it's basically like a subway restaurant except you fill your own calzone with many choices of ingredients and they bake it for you and then it doesnt matter the ingredients you picked because the first bite is so hot it burns out all of your tastbuds for the rest of the day. Ingredients would include all our favorites vegetables (like idk, red pepper) and all the meats and cheese.

Then we would also have a micro-brewery ran by none other than Angus McFife, where all the beer recipe would be decided dand taste tested by him. We would have a couple IPAs but not a menu of 20 IPAs like these other places do while having very few variety of reds, blonds, browns and all. Don't you hate it when microbrewerys have a gazilion IPAs but only one stout? Like IPAs almost all taste the same especially if they are all done with the same Hops. Get a grip microbrews.

Also we would have a place where you can hit baseballs into a field, like a practice range, and also a golf range at the same place, so you can kind of compete between who swins their balls the farthest. I think a fun way to play would be for golfers to try and hit a baseball miair, that would be worth like 200 points idk. Then the hockey game starts and everyone is reminded why its the best sport in the world and not baseball or golf.

So our home arena has 10 different bars around the stadium with some arcade games, but also known for its wild amount of food. Around the stadium you can find every single style of food you can think of from French to all the regional American food and Spanish food etc. We also have Patriote Nation. It’s outside the stadium across the street, if you didn’t get tickets go up to the biggest bar you’ll ever see with the biggest IMAX theatre screen with the game playing loud outside. Upstairs is where our broadcast team does all of our sports. It also kept the old Patriote rink that was used by the Patriotes old stadium was torn down. It is now used for rec use of hockey for the kids and adults to skate around or even play hockey. Inside we still have 20 VIP rooms and 6 different VIP sections where you can get special order food. We also have the VIP meet and greet pass that takes you into the Patriote tunnel before the game while they are coming in and out of the locker. Letting you meet the players after the game is over.
