Doesnt cost much time really.

1 x 500 word article a week or 1 x graphic
1 x 3 twitter posts or a 150 word article
1 x checking in for training camp for juniors.

Then you should be set. They will also add a 2 tpe claim thread for those not doing the 6 point task (graphic / article ), so you can still progress in a steady rate.
