After or including 1999? I'd be down for that. However, what are we defining as beginning? The release of a debut studio album or when they first truly began? Because one way, we'd be including somebody like Eminem and the other way we wouldn't be.

Sounds fine to me. Also, do we want to do the thing I suggested where you include a list of 5-7 songs by that artist when nominating them?

i wouldn't say it has to be studio album alex, It should be a well recieved mixtape that can me it as well (i.e. Kendrick Lamar's Section 80)

and i like the idea of posting a few songs
