You were a fun guy to talk with, and always friendly. Whenever I stayed up past midnight to join you in VC, you were always a fun person asking of us. You were a damn great friend, and a great guy as well.

Condolences to those that got to know Alex Dangel in real life or just through the SHL. When a light like Alex's is extinguished his absence is greatly felt and he will be missed.

Not familiar with Dangel myself, but this is heartwrenching news. Thoughts and condolences with all of his friends on this site, the NEW locker room and of course his family. I hope any one struggling with this news is able to find some peace and cope. Rest in peace.

Dangel was one of the first people I met in the STL locker room as we were drafted together. He was always a great guy and will be missed dearly.
