Goddam, have you kept that up? Do you go up any hills?

I do not do that much every day. I try and do double runs 5 times a week, and a long run on weekends of 20+ miles on trails.  I enjoy long mountain runs a ton.

That's keeping it up for sure, that's great, keep it up... lol.

I used to run the same path over and over again trying to get a lower time, 5 or so days a week. Just under 6 mi. I'd run and think about nothing but SHL shit the whole time haha. I'm gonna go run around again!

Been out of the gym for almost a month cause of surgery but the recovery is going great and I should finally be able to lie on my back after 2 years of no crunches. Can't wait to do anaerobic ab workouts again.

Finally started a 30 day circuit training thing yesterday. The 'initial assessment' was yesterday and I felt pretty bad about myself. After this morning's workout, I still feel almost as bad? But at least I did some stuff. I hope I actually stick with it.
