Our dearest member @reid has stepped down to focus on his other more important jobs (damn you head office  ) so we need a new member of the team to replace him for this season and beyond.

Job duties include coming up with ideas for recruitment areas, areas of improvement on site with recruitment ideas (rookie tasks, updated milestone tiers, etc..), and grading of the rookie tasks on a weekly system with the rest of the team.

Pay is 4.5M.
