Been playing with a sports hernia since november and recently aggravated it. So yea pretty sure he can spell intense

PPG Pace before injury, 0.5 PG after.

If he was 0.75 after he would be intense but now this just confirms that he is a pussy.

Nao here's a post I was about to make on HF boards but the thread got locked so I'll post it here to see what other fans think.

We need to find a top 4 defenseman if MacLean can't trust Wiercioch. I've really liked his play of late and he's looked pretty good with Ceci since Cowen went down.

Michalek - Spezza - Hemsky
MacArthur - Turris - Ryan
Hoffman - Zibanejad - Stone
Greening - Smith - Neil

Methot/Defenseman - Karlsson
Methot/Defenseman/Wiercioch - Ceci
Cowen - Gryba
Wiercioch

Too bad we have Phillips signed for 2 more years and he always seems to play 20+ minutes of garbage hockey :help:

Ottawa isn't really in a bad position IMO.

We just need to do these things:

Give Lehner more starts (He should play 45-50 Games next year).
Phillips. (He's just a bottom pair guy and shouldn't play PP).
Someone for our top 4 (Either you trust Wiercioch or trade him).

I love Spezza and hope he signs here for another 3-4 years to mentor the youth BUT with all the rumors going around (Which are all BS) I might as well spit a deal I would do.
