So just because someone is only a little bad means that they're free to continue to rag on every post-S20 member and degrade people for expressing opinions, doing their job, etc? The BoD should be able to help curtail the amount of harassment and insulting one member can cause, not let it run rampant because it's not "severe" enough. Real life, by the way, also has ways of dealing with these issues. You file a complaint to your boss about that shemale comment and your boss comes down on the people who made the comment. SOMETHING GETS DONE. It doesn't get ignored in real life.

You confused fully written with overly wordy. Because you choose to blather on for half a page about nothing and throw arguments heavily based off personal opinions doesn't make it more valid, or even valid at all. You can make the same argument in two sentences.
I hate gorlab and he is stupid. Jed was right to do it because gorlab is stupid. Ban gorlab because he says mean things and I'm assuming somewhere along the way you feel that hating S20 players is bullying, so stop him from bullying S20.

I hate seeing people being put down for expressing their opinion. Jed overreacted to gorlab's attacks. Punish members for repeat offenses of bullying, harassment, or other forms of downgrading the appeal of the site. Hating S20+ players is biased prejudice that shouldn't be tolerated.

Jala and I are S20+ players, and he doesn't hate us. He pokes fun at us, same as we do to him for other stuff.
All you've done is basically get mad that you can't seem to get gorlab suspended. Is he a dick? Absolutely. But so are tons of other people around here. I don't report everyone who says something mean to me, because who gives a crap at the end of the day. Its people on the internet I'm likely never gonna meet.

I'm glad you guys can get along that way. I've seen him go after other members with more passion and menace and it isn't just "a little bit mean". It hurts, even if he is "some person on the internet I'm likely never gonna meet". It's not that you can't report a person for every little thing. It's that if a member culminates enough of these petty crimes there should be a punishment to curtail future actions.
In real life, say someone comes down on you and says that since you're new here to the company, you don't mean as much as people who have been here longer. They treat you differently, taking offense to your opinions rather than hear them out like other people's opinions. They then insult your friends and their occupations. They go out of their way to insult you, going to bars or other places off-site to bully you. That string of incidents is enough to go to an authority figure with to say that this person is being a bully and should be punished. This report will also make sure that the next time anything happens, it will be taken care of in order to stop another trend.
I'm not going to report every Dick and Jane that makes a mean comment. People shouldn't be able to make a career, nay a persona, off of making mean comments and putting members down. And gorlab has that career and nothing has been done.
I'm not mad that he isn't suspended. I'm mad that he's allowed to continue without something being investigated or some form of action being taken. If action is taken and the BoD says he's ok to do that, fine. I can't do anything after that.
