Let's say that genetic engineers at Johns Hopkins University announce that they have developed a so-called "super gorilla." Though the animal cannot speak, it has a sign language lexicon of over twelve thousand words, an I.Q. of almost 85, and--most notably--a vague sense of self-awareness. Oddly, the creature (who weighs seven hundred pounds) becomes fascinated by football. The gorilla aspires to play the game at its highest level and quickly develops the rudimentary skills of a defensive end. ESPN analyst Tom Jackson speculates that this gorilla would be "borderline unblockable" and would likely average six sacks a game (although Jackson concedes the beast might be susceptible to counters and misdirection plays). Meanwhile, the gorilla has made it clear he would never intentionally injure any opponent.

How do you feel about the 350 TPE cap for juniors? I've always though a fluid cap should be the way to go, where if you hit 350 TPE the offseason before the next SMJHL season, you are limited to that last season in the SMJHL before next season, where you're forced up to the majors. You could continue investing TPE into your player past 350 TPE, but that's the marker for whether you are up or down the season after your "rookie" SHL season. Thoughts?

I'm chickening out on the threesome story, I can't put Cristal through the physical stress. There might be a Big Slappy Adventure, a basic B&T script where Slappy and Manious have to race through SHL history and learn about the greatest players in order to pass the SHL Wonderlick, otherwise their utopian hockey future of an enforcer-driven, hits-first goal-score later SHL is toast.
