Center
Ron Mexico (S1)- The center with the highest legacy score. The man has a trophy named after him, and he's won it four times, and was nominated another two times. He's also won 2 Challenge Cups, and 9 other trophies. No Brainer for me.

Winger
VLAD McZehrl (S24)- One of the most accomplished wingers of all time. The 3 time Challenge cup and 4x Ron Mexico winner makes my team.

Winger
Chris York (S33)- The winger from the 4th decade of the league is one of the most accomplished winger of all time.

Defender
Chris Partlow (S10)- Chris began his career in the 2nd decade of league history, but he's the proud owner of the highest legacy score of all defenseman.

Defender
Bubba Nuck (S22)- Almost Jagr esque. He's played everywhere, still plays, second highest legacy score in the defense category.

Goalie
Lauris Prikulis (S13)- The goalie with the highest rated legacy score definitely has to round out my roster.

S1-S9: 1
S10-19: 2
S20-29: 2
S30-39: 1

LARGEST PUNISHMENT IN SHL HISTORY
#38

My All-Generations Team:

Goalie: Jakub Aittokallio (S10-19)

The best goalie in SHL History. Most wins (402), Games Played (709), Shutouts(53), finishing with a career .905 Save Percentage. Nuff Said.

RD: Willie Weber (S1-9)

7th All Time on the Defenceman Scoring List, 2nd All Time in Hits (3169), 9th All Time in Shots Blocked (1190). A dominate force on the Blue Line for 21 Seasons.

LD: Alonzo Garbanzo(S20-29)

Arguably the best defenceman in SHL history, currently ranked #4 on the All Time Scoring List, 5th on the All Time Hits & 1st by a country mile on the Shots Block list.

W: Esa Anrikkanen (S20-29)

The best forward in SHL history. The pioneer in reaching 2000 TPE. Currently sitting 2nd All Time in Scoring. Esa has been the center piece of the Dragons 5 Cups.

C: Joe Kuczewski (S30-39)

Since joining the Dragons in S31 Joe has been nothing short of phenomenal. Winning 3 Cups and multiple individual awards, Joe is the ultimate power forward in the league.

W: Mike Izzy (S30-39)

Izzy is another Power Forward, that is just reaching his prime. With over 1900 TPE and 2 more seasons until regression, Izzy has a bright future for many seasons to come. Throughout his young career, he has averaged 44 Points and 193 hits, simply put, a Stud Power Forward, that has his sights set on reaching the next level.

C - Ron Mexico (S1)
Ron Mexico was very easy pick for a center position because he has the best legacy score. And of course league's most valuable player award is named in his name. He is SHL legend.

W - VLAD McZehrl (S24)
Another easy choice for me. McZehrl has scored 655 points in 653 games. More than a point in a game. He has named 8 times for an All-Star game.

W - Theo Kane (S21)
This was hard choice for me to pick second winger because there are a lot of legends in SHL. Kane has win Ron Mexico award two times and he is still an active player.

D - Chris Partlow (S10)
Partlow has got incredible stats for a defenseman. 641 points in 781 games is the stats that every forward would be happy to achieve. He has won Scott Stevens award three times and has been nominated 10 times for this award.

D - Darian Scherbluk (S8)
Four time Scott Stevens' award winner says everything for this man. Incredible career for this player.

G - Lauris Prikulis (S13)
The best goalie in SHL, in my opinion, is Latvian Lauris Prikulis. It looks like he has won almost every award in his career.

G - Jakub Aittokallio (S10-S19) - Easily the best goalie of all time. Lauris Prikulis has a higher legacy score, yes, but Aitto outdoes him in the win department and has fewer losses. He was the backbone of an Edmonton team that kicked some real ass back in the S20s.

D - Alonzo Garbanzo (S20-S29)- I feel like this one should be on everyone's list. There's little doubt in my mind that Garbanzo will go down as one of the best SHL players ever. I remember when @ArGarBarGar joined, I saw the user name and thougth, "hey, that's the mod from HFBoards. They're not huge fans of our posts, so I bet he doesn't stick around too long". Welp, he we are in S43 and he is still on his first player.

D - Shawn Velevra (S10-S19) - An offensive defenceman that absolutley ruled in the mid-S20s. Velevra could be found taken early in every fantasy league and with very good reason. He rack up the points, hits, and especially shot blocks. It shows in his legacy score, as he is 2nd among defenceman. Really a generational talent.

W - Kain Webb (S1-S9) - Really don't know a lot about Webb, but from the stats, it looks like he really did a number on the league in its early seasons.

W - Chris York (S30-S39) - A generational talent that's still developing. I had no idea who this guy was until I had the first overall pick in fantasy this season. Took him, and hopefully all of my problems will be gone!

C - Griffin Simons (S20-S29) - Obviously chose Simons, because you already know that I had to toot my own horn here. I though he was a generational talent. Really fucked shit up from the season that he entered the league, and really didn't have an unsuccessful season until the end of his career (excluding that one 37 point season. ew.)

C: S 1 -  S 10 - Ron Mexico - The fact that the trophy is named after this legend is reason enough, but to further justify: he's won cups, and obviously his own trophy. This guy is walking, talking, living, breathing history.  549 points in 538 games, he was consistant his whole career

W: S 10 - S 20  - Esa Anrikkanen - Like Lebron James, this point-getter was pretty much always among the last standing when the dust settled. He played his best when the championship was on the line, and when all was said and done, he had a lot of experience playing for it all. Moreover, this Fin sits second on the all-time SHL points board with 932.

W: S 20 - S 30 - Kristian Eriksson -  With a Ronny Mexico Trophy, a Challenge Cup, and a whole slew of other trophies to his name, this European-born skater put up 934 points in his career with a healthy balance of both goals and assists.

D: S 10 - S 20 - Roy Razin - Averaging nearly .75 points a game as a defense is an astonishing feat. This elite offensive-dman was a threat permanent threat. As, a true power-play specialist, he was a fixture on the back end - both firing shots past the goalies and setting up teammates to do the same. Arguably peaking in S 22, when he won the Stevens, and Richan Trophies as individual accolades, and, more importantly, the ultimate prize - the Challenge Cup.

D: S 30 - S 40 - Alexis Metzler - A name instantly recognizable by anyone who's spent some time around the SHL. He's solid as a rock back there, a 2x first-team allstar, a 2x Stevens winner, and a 3x Littleton nominee

G: S 30 - S 40 - Timo Haas - Busting on to the scene in S 32, Haas was named to the all-rookie squad, and he only got better from there. With elite career averages - .910 sv% and 2.686 GAA - Haas could always be counted on to give his team a chance to win - the most important job of a netminder - and on many nights he flat out stole games for his team that they had no business winning. Although he has yet to etch his name on the Challenge  Cup, he's won just about every other trophy and has his stall in the Hall of Fame locked up.

VLAD McZehrl-Ron Mexico-Schnitinfritz Jagr

Chris Partlow-Scott Stevens

Tommy Tuck

(S1) Ron Mexico: Well, all I gotta say is, how will I not pick him? One of the most talented players to ever play the game. He’s a legend, no matter how you look at him.

(S24) VLAD McZehrl: You look at his resume, it starts with an outstanding 315 goals in 653 games, but that’s not all. There is also a list that is longer than my grocery list with the amount of trophies McZehrl won and was nominated for, that’s impressive.

(S23) Schnitinfritz Jagr: Three words: Love, the, name.

(S10) Chris Partlow: I see the list, and I instantly see 7 Scott Stevens trophy nominees and 3 Scott trophies. If he got the trophy named after the best defenseman, ( Wink ) then he certainly must be the best defenseman.

(S1) Scott Stevens: It’s Scott Stevens, need I say more? No, I really don’t need to.

(S39) Tommy Tuck: Because it’s Tuck, and he will make sure no one Tucks anything past him!

Center - S1 Ron Mexico. This is a no-brainer. Come on now. 2 Challenge Cups, 4 Ron Mexicos, 3 Sarmad Khans and 4 Sergei Karpotsov Trophies get you in the running for anything. He was a generational talent and one of the best players, ever.

Winger - S24 VLAD McZerhl. He's McZ. He's had an amazing run and did pretty much all you can do as a player. It's really difficult to be a point per game player, but VLAD did it. He was also on All-Star teams for multiple seasons, won a ton of trophies and 3 Challenge Cups.

Winger 2 - S7 Elias Armia. Armia is a legend where I come from, and he has done a lot in this league. His trophy case is full and he's another player to be a point per game player. He will go down as one of the greatest Renegades to ever suit up.

Defenseman - S10 Chris Partlow. Another legend for Texas, and someone I truly look up to. While being a defenseman, Partlow set so many records for Texas and did amazing things for the organization. He is awesome and deserves to be on the list of top players.

Defenseman 2 - Alonzo Garbanzo. His career is never going to end, and he continues to be a dominant force all over the ice. He leads all defenseman in points, and will continue to bolster that number for as long as he can skate.

Goalie - S13 Jakub Aittokallio - The best goalie, ever. Legacy score means nothing to me at this point here, because Jakub was the man. He did so much work and carried the Blizzard through every game. He was the example for all future goals on how to train and be great.

After some digging and some research I have finally narrowed down my Generational Talent Team, sponsored by Czechoslovakia. With no further ado.

Zalleras Szlerchek - Center - Drafted in S19 4th overall to the West Kendall Platoon, Big Z hold many Czech records for a forward including Goals, Assists, Points, Shots, Power Play Assists, Power Play Points and is Tied with Slappy McDoodle for Penalty Kill Assists. Big Z was also an integral part of the S25 and S32 Czech Silver Medal teams.

Cameron Urbowicz - Wing - Drafted in S21 19th overall, Urbowicz skated in 152 career games and tallied himself 74 international points.

Dionyz Vyskoc - Wing - Drafted in S36 and selected 19th overall to the West Kendall Platoon, Vyskoc has family ties dating back as early as S19 when his Father Marek Vyskoc would first help pave the way for the Czechoslovakia International Federation. Vyskoc, in this last tournament, has finally surpased his father in international career stats and is paving the way for the Slovaks.

Pierre-Luc Laflame - Defense - Drafted S22 2nd OA by the Toronto North Stars, PLL holds almost every record in Czechoslovakian history. Skating for close to 20 seasons with the international team, he's first in Goals, Assists, Points, Shots, Minutes Played,Power play Points, is tied in Power play Assists with Big Z and tied with Slappy Mcdoodle for Penalty Kill Points.

Brady McIntyre - Defense - Drafted in S38 4th overall by the Edmonton Blizzard, McIntyre has only suited for two tournaments with the National Team, but he is well on pace to be possibly the Best Defenseman the Czech-Slovak Union has ever seen.

Mike Vermiski - Goaltender - Drafted in S11 10th overall by the Jakarta Calgary Dragons, Vermiski is regarded as the best goaltender in team history. Now he may not of suited up for or won as many games as Christoffer Bjornsson, however Vermiski lead the Czechoslovakian team to its first ever Silver Medal all while he was struggling on the back half of his career. Vermiski also holds the national records for Save Percentage, Goals Against Average, and is tied with Georgette Pel for Shutouts.

Shout out to ml002, schultzy, slashacm, tedward!
