- How did you come to the decision of creating as a forward? Was there anything in particular that kept you from creating a goalie or defenseman?

- Do you think your player has an SHL rival? Is there any team that you can't help but feel better about beating than any other?

- For Luke: If JayWhy announced tomorrow that he was going into a full Tampa-style rebuild, would you want to stay on the team, or would you ask to be one of the pieces moved out?

- For Rich: Did you expect Bobby Lane to be this good this quickly?

- A genie appears and says you can make one player attribute 23 with no TPE-cost. Which do you pick, and do you think that choice would be a common one among users at your position offered the same choice?

- If the Rich and Luke podcast was made into a video game, in what genre would that game be? If it's a type of game that has a villain, who would that villain be?

Why are you trying to take our (updating) jobs? In all seriousness, what are the motives and reasoning towards going towards fully automated updates? If that gets completed would there be some way to compensate for the lost jobs/cash flow from things being automated?

- Ive been slacking and haven't listened in awhile - What are the biggest changes you see coming in the next 5 seasons?

- Who you got in the rookie race? The point race is pretty tight, with players in pretty different situations. Jones & Slate both pushing on Toronto, Simonsson with an impressive 19 goals and second in team scoring. Kondos playing less minutes, but on a high scoring Texas roster. Zoidberg putting up crazy numbers from the defensive side of the puck.

if chicago fail to make the playoffs, is this it for them as a legit contender? their lack of prospects is a bad sign for sure

with some time in the 66 game schedule, Do you think there are any issues that are starting to form or might have been overlooked? If so, what are some resolutions?

I have a few questions for Luke since he is Co-Nour but Rich could throw in his opinion as well

1. How long do you think a rebuild should last
2. What is the ideal length for a "cup window"
3. How much parity is too much parity? As in do we always want all teams to be competing for titles each season, or should there be teams in some type of rebuild/compete window? I think we all agree that things could be balanced out a bit more but how much balance is too much balance from your perspective?
4. Would you rather wear a shirt with an itchy tag all day that you cant remove, or wear wet socks for a day?

Now that most of the season has passed, who do you two see as the front runners in many of the awards?
In mulling over the above, who are some surprises compared to the start of the season?

So now as we are closer to playoffs and it looks like top 3 team in terms of TPE, potenttially finishing 5th in the league standing is missing playoffs while likely team finishing 17th is in. So do you regognize this as an issue or is it just git gud sitsuation?

And if it is an issue what do you think are pros and cons of potential solutions (some of them at least) that could be for example moving to either 8 or 16 team playoffs or some variant of division realigment, few options listed below:
- Within current conferences based on past performance, using only last or last 3 to 5 seasons
- Mixing up whole league based on past performance
- Having lottery for division spots, last season standings would determine pool you are picked from.
- Have both division winners and team that was highest on standings after them form one division while 6 other teams would all be in other.
- Alphabetical: SEA, WPG, TBB, EDM / CGY, ATL, MIN, TOR / LAP, BAP, SFP, MAN, TEX / NOLA, BUF, HAM, CHI, NEW
- Randomize divisions with no weighting
- Let bottom 4 GMs draft their division in snake format
- Just force Toronto to relocate now that they are good and messing up with the league balance.
