The opening Prospect game was Mexico City Aztecs VS Phoenix Screaming Cacti As the game kicked off it was a strong start from the cacti and at the 7:43 mark, it was the cacti to strike first with an even-strength goal by Vincent Fox with Doug Glatt and Sam Siege with the assist. as the period went on it was the Aztecs to get the first power play as Luka Kovacsova picked up a 2-minute holding call, the power play was wasted and that was all she wrote for the first period. As the second period began there was a clear show in who was the dominant side as the Cactis's came flying as they picked up a second goal in the 12:22 with Peanut Butter getting the goal and Hans Graf and Petra Sabor with the assist, The Aztecs made a push back but there was nothing going past Jason Playstation. Then the Cacti's picked up the 3rd at the 16:37 mark with Petra Sabor picking up his second point of the night and Luka Kovacsova and Vincent Fox picking up the assists and that would be all for the second In the third it was a slight glimpse of hope when the Aztecs picked up their first goal in the 11:16 it was Giannia Kroustis picking up a goal while Mike Oliver and Sami Soderberg made it happen, and then the cactis showed why they are one of the favorites they picked up a quick goal in the 14:50 to extend the lead once again it was Steve Collins scoring and Hans Graf, and Sam Siege both picking up the second assist on the night. To put the icing on the cake Kristian Zenatik slotted away the fifth goal for the cacti's, Adam Wyatt, and Peanut Butter picked up the assists that was all she wrote for that game. 8. 1. Create an update page
2. Claim an Activity Check 3. Buy weekly training 5. Create a graphic 7. I watched Game 5 of the SMJHL Finals between the Kelowna Knights and Anchorage Armada - the final game in the series. Anchorage were heavily on the back foot going into it, being 3-1 down, a game away from elimination, and it started terribly for them - just 6 seconds into the game, Robert Feltersnatch put the puck into the net to open the scoring. That was the only goal of the first period though. The second was fairly similar - Kelowna scored another early goal, this time it was Kian Hamilton Jr. putting it into the net - but other than that, nothing much happened. A good few shots, but no more goals after that. The 3rd period is where Anchorage, seemingly, just... completely lost it. They let in 5 (FIVE) goals. The last two were so close to each other that the goal horn hadn't even finished going off when it had to go off again for the second goal. Most certainly not a good game for Guy Fieri, but, to be fair, his teammates didn't exactly do him any favours, as the shots were 44-22 in favour of the Knights. Valtteri Aalto did manage to block all 22 shots that went his way though, as the Knights claimed the Four Star Cup for themselves. I've got "Knights Of The Round Table" stuck in my head now after hearing it seven times in a row (well, six, one of them got interrupted by another one so it didn't actually play). 8. 2. Activity Check 3. Training 4. PT Claim 5. Graphic 7. I watched the prospect showcase, it was very interesting. Despite the fact that Austin MacWard was not in the showcase, it was fun to finally see some action from our S61 draft class, a huge and exciting draft class. Unfortunately, the majority of these players are kind of week, so I guess the RNG part of the sim engine was omnipresent in this show. However, it also explained why a bunch of game were pretty thight all tournament long. Sand Lions were among the majority of the teams. I feel like the sim engine is decent, the game presentation could be better, but from the past league I have been, this sim engine is among the best. You can see the effect of different players build, at this point it's all about team building. This short showcase gave me a lot of motivation to continue and update my player here, can't wait to see Austin MacWard on the ice, hopefully scoring goals :D - 163 words. 8. Keep those posts coming - SewingWithNancy. 4) Task 4 6) Task 6 7) I watched the stream on 7/10/21. It featured a big game from my Anaheim Outlaws, as they ousted the Maine Timber by a score of 7-2. Backup goaltender Charlie Bombay made the start against Bloody Oath. Bombay collected a stat line of 27 saves out of 29 shots, for a save percentage of .931%. The 1st period was eventful, with Stan Din’desque getting the scoring started 1:26 into the period. Maine struck back quickly, with a Smailliw Edac strike only a minute and eleven seconds after. Anaheim would go on to take over the rest of the period with tallies from Huff, Wollker and Mandosson. The 2nd period would be all Anaheim again, with Wollker striking again and Bob Duncan finding his way onto the score sheet. Maine would earn themselves a bit of a “it’s not so bad” goal in the third, making it 6-2, but Top Cheddar slapped them in the face at 8:05 into the third to make it 7-2. It was a good game to watch. RIP Dangel. See you on the other side, brother

I was not around for it initially, but I caught myself up on the prospect showcase that occurred earlier today, after coming to my PC to find out that my player had been added at the last minute! I was happy to be a member of the Sand Lions, and even happier that my player, apparently, popped off a bit, ending up in a tie for 2nd with 13 points overall in the tournament! I wrote about it a bit in the media article I posted earlier, but it was cool to see that I absolutely FEASTED on the Tokyo Yoshis. Against them, I had 2-goal game early on in day 1, and then a 1-goal and 1-assist game against them later on the same day, before posting a 1-goal and 2-assist game against them on day 1.5! Then, still notably, I had a 2-assist game against the Mexico City Aztecs in our last game of day 1.5. I only had one game I would consider bad, in which I was a -3, but the rest of the time, I seemed fairly solid. I was really happy about this, given that I have no prior experience with simulation hockey, so it was super cool for me. 8. Rookie Survey Graded!! @natedoeshockey +7 Million for 7 Tasks. Just get that Deep Dive in and you got yourself that bonus million!! Great Job - SewingWithNancy

Create a Graphic 7. 150 words on the Prospect Showcase Today I watched the stream of the prospect showcase in which four teams full of prospects that will be drafted in the upcoming drafted battled it out to show off their talents and hope to get picked high in the SMJHL draft. Defensemen seemed to reign supreme here, maybe that is just because I was watching them more, but two really seemed to separate themselves from the pack. Helge Graf and Landon Fischermann both showed they are forces to reckoned with on the back end. Helge was a scoring machine early on, and Landon was gobbling up important minutes like he was at an all you can eat buffet. Both should be thrilled with how well they showed, and hopefully a couple GMs took notice as well. As far as the teams went, the San Diego Sand Lions and the Phoneix Screaming Cacti seemed to separate as the best teams. More games will be played later today to show who can take control of the league. ___________ 166 words ___________ 8. Complete Rookie Survey Graded! 6 out of the possible 8 have been paid!
