Holidays got kinda nice for me, yeah we went back into lockdown but that meant I was able to game all day with no one else to disturb me and that's a win in my book

I spent my first holiday without my father with my family. I ended up getting Covid from my brother in law (who got it from his boss on his last work day before Christmas.), lost taste and smell and felt miserable until about a week ago.

Holidays were alright, but I’m really looking forward to is a new season with the Winnipeg Aurora (maybe not this one cause it could be bad lol)

well I guess this is easy to answer, no covid for me, great Christmas with lots of food and booze, off season way to long as always and I love my team and it is the only reason I am still here

Did not do anything for the holidays
While there is massive outbreaks in Australia, nothing for me yet I'm on a new team, interesting so far.

My holidays went by celebrating the fresh Texas championship and holding a small dinner gathering for my family, where I served roasted duck fillet with roasted vegetables and it was a hit! Other than that the holidays went by pretty quietly. Almost could have forgotten it was New Year’s eve if it weren’t for the fireworks banging away outside at midnight, since most of our evening was spent getting our kid to sleep and we never once even turned on the TV to see the special programming for the eve :D Luckily once we managed to get him to sleep, he slept pretty well through all the banging going on outside.

After 69 shots on net with still no SHL goals to show for it, even the opposition started to feel so sorry for Lemo, that they decided to help him out :D
- Bad pass by Jack Klompus, he gave it right to Lemo Pihl.
- Lemo Pihl rips it to the net...
- Lemo Pihl will find the empty net, that should do it!

My youngest sister got Covid and she is still living with parents which I'm really worried about. Dad has a lot of health issues while mom is overworking on our family farm. This sucks.

Holidays weren't bad, chaotic but not bad. Brother-in-law and his gf got Covid for Xmas day so they couldn't come, otherwise, not a bad time

Jimmy was traded to Winnipeg just before New Year's Eve in 2021, and so far it's been a great experience. Everyone in Winnipeg has been so welcoming and friendly, which bodes well for the future of this young up and coming team.

Holidays were good. I didn't do much of anything. In fact, I don't think I left the house more than a handful of times for necessary booze/food runs. Time seemed to drag since it was the offseason and I don't have much the way of hobbies outside of the SHL. I got drafted to Philadelphia after waiting what felt like forever. I'm glad the season is on and I have some simulated hockey to look forward to every morning.

Holidays were great, had a fun time with the fam, ate too much good food and rank just about enough alcohol. And still no covid in the family which is great.

I love the thought behind this mPT, but I believe this is not a catch up as much as an introduction. Still I shall answer the questions to the best of my ability.
1/2/3. I would say more enjoyable than miserable, although courtesy of the pandemic I did not get to attend my family's holiday party on account of my weak system. Thankfully I was able to replace my aging laptop with a media desktop that has proven powerful enough to handle thrice what I could with my laptop when it was in perfect shape. 4. I did not get the plague! Although my overall health has not been good it is due to chronic illness rather than the new disease. 5. I much prefer not talking about the SHL as I still have not immersed myself in the league if that makes sense. 6. I got to experience my first live draft courtesy of the league and I got drafted higher than I expected given my honesty with general managers. It was by a friend so not the biggest surprise, although it does mean I will feel worse if I end up failing out now. 7. I love both of my teams which is why I am doing this point task. While I might be capped for this season I still have some earning to reach the max J cap, and while I cannot be certain I make it to the big leagues I am going to try not to bust for my friends in Chicago. Thank you for the fun task and I hope the grading treats you well! Code: Word Count: 271

Holidays were alright, I work in a school so I basically got a couple weeks off work which was really nice, I needed a break and I feel much more energised and ready to exist now. I'm still dodging covid too - somehow I haven't caught it a single time despite having had contact with who fucking knows how many sick people at this point.
