There are some towns around the United States of American that have decided to elect cats and dogs to their highest local government position and today. For one Nash Topalo, that has come true. Unfortunately for the human citizens, Nash has decided to fund projects that are only related to household pets and other animals. There are luxury pet hotels that are popping up all over the place. Cat and dog only hair salons and barber shops are filling in those little niche building areas. Even specialty grocery stores that have every brand of pet food (wet and dry of course) that all of our pets can imagine. Even an aquarium for all of those fish that are sick of living at home. Imagine a place where a Fish in a smaller tank could go on vacation! This would really create a special desination town for animals like nobody has ever seen before. What a great job Nash is doing at Mayor and city planner.

DAD has a pretty nice apartment directly in Dallas. After living with Dirty Boots for a couple of months in his rookie season, DAD has finally his own apartment. DAD used to live in Regina's cold and frosty weather, so it was weird for him to move to a place where you can walk in shorts 365 days per year. The brand-new apartment has 3 bedrooms, one bathroom, kitchen and a big living room. It also contain a balcony that has a direct view towards the arena. One of the bedrooms is used as a personal gym and the living room is DAD's dad cave (even if it is not an actual cave). DAD loves to train and he cannot miss a single day of muscle training, so that's why he has a bedroom designed for that. He also has a guest room, so rookies can live with him until they have enough money to live by themselves. He plans to ask Anthony Dionne if he wants to live with him as he's Texas' new rookie. David-Arturri Donskoi Regina Elk Hey I'm DAD can I adopt you?

Aitokllaio lives in the high suburbs of New england, because thats where a lot of his teammates are. They are either in two locations, downtown, or in the suburbs depending on whether they are married or single. But because I grew up in the lushish fields of Norway/Czechia, I just love being in the nature, and as long as I can enter the rink on time, I want to live near actual trees and forects. Being able to go out and hike in the offdays and relax is also a big perk. The commute time isnt bad, we carpool often so we dont have to drive everyday into the city itself. But, we Aitokallios like to relax and chill in an actual house. Whenever its the weekend too, we can drive out to a lake real quick, fish, and then fuck right back off to the New england area, and all the jaazz

The Atlanta Inferno will get a brand new, state of the art, all the frills arena that will be placed smack dab in the middle of a Red Dead Redemption style road. There'll be a saloon, a drug store, a stable for horses (no parking lot suckas), a sheriff's office, a general store, and an ammunition supply. the road will be made completely of dirt (no cars suckas) and everyone will ride horses. there will be a massive stable capable of housing 20,000 horses at once and the air vents from said stable lead directly into the visiting locker room so the other team gets that real local feel and smell whilst getting ready for the game and also during period intermissions. the dirt road leading to the arena is lined with poop. since no one can drive there and there's only one dirt road and it's full of horse poop because you have to take your horse to the game, no one will want to go to the games anymore which'll mean the street will be empty which actually makes it even more Red Dead Redemption like. pretty neat! You are allowed to spit.

Our team has been needing an upgrade especially from all the activity shown the previous four seasons and of course the first thing we need is a huge Kraken statue outside to draw even more people in, make sure it's all gold so it has a little shine to it. Next thing we will be needing is a dome around the surrounding area and it'll cover the first row of houses on the other side of the road, only makes sense to have aquarium plus we can rent or buy out those buildings in a few years from the noise no doubt. Now with all the major expensive handled I think an upgraded parking lot will help traffic jams, there's too many trees blocking the beach and the vibe is off everytime I go to practice, thankfully we have tons of posters up right now. Lastly I think all we need is something to make us a little bit of bucks back from all the extra expenses we put into our futuristic tank and golden statue, only one word comes to mind straight away.. Merch. We can sell everything and anything because our team is all over the place, we can have the freshest fits, eottird mits and toys like Lego we'll call them bits! Stores all over inside and out, exquisite not large so make sure they're stout, when the lights come together it'll be easy to find the route!!

As someone who is always pretty passionate about ranting how cities should be designed, this seems like a good time to rant more about it. Firstly, I I want the area to be nice and quiet (or at least as quiet as a city can be), so I will focus on as much public transit and pedestrianization as I can around the arena. It should be easy to get to from anywhere in the city, and I want it to be a pleasant area to roam around in. With the amount of foot traffic in the area, it makes sense to have a lot of stuff to do (and a lot of stuff for people to spend money on). Certainly bars and restaurants would be a nice touch. A lovely park close by would round out the area as a pleasant one to visit, hopefully encouraging many residents to actually want to come to the arena on game days without much stress. 162 words

Noel lives in a quiet wooded suburb about 20-30 minutes from downtown Winnipeg. He bought the house shortly after he was traded from Baltimore. While he played with Baltimore in his younger years he owned a condo downtown as it was more convenient for him to be nearby to downtown, close to the cities amenities and the teams facilities, and it made it easier to hang out with his other younger teammates. Now though he's getting a bit older and wanted more space and peace and quiet, and also he didn't really want to live in downtown Winnipeg. Growing up he always lived in more rural, country areas and so a lot of his hobbies are outdoor activities that aren't exactly feasible in the middle of the city. He likes taking care of his property, taking the snowmobiles and four-wheelers out and about, and doing some fishing and boating during the warming months, although he doesn't live in Winnipeg for most of the summer.

During the season in Kelowna, my player stays with a few teammates in a small apartment outside the city. While the place isn't anything fancy, it is certainly feasible for someone playing in the SMJHL on a small, short-term contract. The neighborhood is lively during the day, as many young adults and students live in the area. The apartment is in a neighborhood with a college campus located within it. It is clean, cosy, and neatly organized, and although the night life is available, it is also quiet enough to get good rest on a nightly basis. While many of the players live throughout the city, this is actually quite a popular spot for many athletes. Not only do college students live here, but also many amateur and professional athletes. There are a many small, local restaurants and coffee shops to enjoy for studying, a break, or a bite to eat. All in all, the neighborhood is one of the best places to stay at in the city. 168

During the season Adam Liebold likes to live in the barracks with the rest of the knights. The barracks are a great place to live being living with the rest of the team and getting to hangout all the time, after training is done that is. The barracks is large enough for each player to have their own rooms to have their own space. There is a large common area for the players to relax. The kitchen is large as well, with industrial appliances to help feed the many hungry mouths of the players. Attached to the barracks is a stable as well, This is where the players keep their horses. They are required to care for the horses themselves. Adam says it was an adjustment to move from home into such a big place with so many people but he enjoys it all the same. The team likes to have jousting matches and fight with swords in thier free time as well.

Christian Kinsinger had many options to consider when he was picking where to live in Winnipeg. Currently he lives in the penthouse at the Rideau Tower, not too far from the Aurora's home arena. Kinsinger had many things to say about finding his living situation in Winnipeg:
"So uh, obviously when I was a rookie, I definitely couldn't afford a place like this. I lived nearby, but I just otherwise had a good but fairly standard 2 bedroom apartment. After a couple years here I started considering houses, I really wanted something near the practice facility. But I don't have a family yet, and the houses there weren't quite what I wanted. I really was hoping for a house in Buchanan to meet what I was looking for, but it wasn't there. Then I started looking at renting & penthouse suites near the arena, since there wasn't anything near the practice facility. Rideau House was perfect, and I wasn't in a huge rush, so I could wait for the availability. Maybe one day I look for a house, River West Park or something is nice. But I'm very happy with this suite. I like the stairs, if I'm not carrying any bags it's a good morning cardio! Prince George Firebirds GM (S34-S36) Toronto North Stars GM (S37-S43)

Johnny Wagner-Svenson has really been enjoying his time with the Carolina Kraken, and has been lucky when it comes to finding a place to live. With his uncle, Jimmy Wagner, being a Carolina alumnus, and still having connections with the Kraken management, Johnny was able to ask for a few strings to be pulled and was set up in one of the nicer areas of Charlotte. With being drafted to the Tampa Bay Barracuda in the draft, Johnny didn't want to buy a house and set down roots too deep, so he found a nice townhouse near the arena so he could walk to practice and home games. He invited his linemates over for a small housewarming party, but ended up with the whole team over and partying late into the night. While the cleanup the next day was long and tiresome, Johnny loved the bonding experience he had with the rest of the Kraken. |
