I would go to free agency if I was not feeling the vibe in my locker room. Or maybe towards the end of the career when my current team doesn't have a starter position for me anymore.

What it would take for me to see free agency would probably surprise a lot of people. I have always said that all it would take is for me to no longer be the General Manager of the Tampa Bay Barracuda.

I really don't know that I'd hit free agency, at least not at this point in my career. Maybe as I get older and deeper into regression I may look for new opportunities through FA.

I would never speak free agency unless something transpired behind the scenes. I love my guys to much. With my new nickname of Footdaddy I’d say I have a pretty good home here with my guys.

I'm a pretty loyal person and if a team used a high pick on me, I'd definitely stick with them through thick and thin unless it wasn't an enjoyable locker room or something similar.

I feel like as a GM, there would need to be quite the implosion for me to seek FA. I personally think I am a good, but not great asset when it comes to the team, the sort of a player that isn't too expensive to trade for rather than to try and lure in through FA, so if I ever had to leave Manhattan, I expect that to be a considerably more likely scenario.

I personally have never tested the free agency waters, mostly because I have always enjoyed where my player has been, and I always felt like I wanted to finish what I started. Who knows what will happen in the future, maybe I will want to go see what else is out there, we'll just have to wait and see.

Free agency is a hard sell for me. I suppose one thing that would get me to that level would be some sort of irreconcilable user conflict with someone on the team I was on. Another would be a lack of faith in team leadership, specifically not believing that they have a plan to become a winning team.

I do not see myself anywhere other than in Baltimore, and if I were to recreate, I do not know how I could go elsewhere. I will stick there for 15 more seasons until I am forced to retire.

from two perspectives:
me as a player: I wouldn't to start. I don't know tons about the league or if i would want to switch just because. so id want to spend more time in the league and learn about the teams. it would take being in a rude locker room to make me want to leave Elly Perspective: Elly is incredibly faithful and wouldn't leave her team, unless they did bad by her personally. Once she is a part of a team she will stay and ride the seasons with them and work harder and harder to make them rise and grow, as well as growing herself.

The Spector’s locker room would really have to go to crap and joe would have to start stupidly managing the line of the team. That is what would make Hugh hit the market.
