I did not expect the team that is winning the most games to be the team that won the most games, mostly because I do not know which teams are the best teams and which ones are not the best teams. All I know is that I'm gonna win the cup.

I fully expected to do that hockey, and this season I continued to do that hockey so that's cool. How well I did that hockey though I'm not totally sure because I haven't checked the index recently.

When the season first started, I did not expect to be playing first line, after all we had several experienced players. Then they got traded. Also did not expect one of our rookies to do nearly as well as me points wise, good on them.

I expected the Argonauts to get out of the first round, or at the very least, I expected them to take a few more games. All of the games were very close, so it was sad to see them lose the way they did.

I had the idea Meo was going to have the best save percentage in the league, but it has not work out that way.

With the most recent time in the playoffs, I honestly didn't expect Calgary to win against LAP, and I certainly even more so didn't expect us to bring SFP to game 7. It was honestly an incredible time to watch though!

I expected Will Tomlander to at least be PPG, but he has not managed to break that this season. This was quite disappointing. Sigh. Hopefully I can maintain PPG during my career.

Rookie season or not, I wasn't expecting Matviy Cajabi to have such a lousy season. Additionally, even with an unrealistic goal set for trying to finish the season as a positive player in +/-, the -38 was unexpected as well as embarrassing.

I didnt expect myself to score 55 goals this season. I was meant to make playmaking first players but ended up being top scorer in the j's this season.

For the 16th straight season I expected to win MVP and lead the league in points and for a 16th straight season I have been utterly let down. I have a good feeling about season 17 though.

I do not know enough about the league at large to have any real expectations for anything in a season. I confess without shame that I copy all my predictions tasks from other people. That said my expectation going into this season was that it was going to be worse than the one that preceded it because I was aware last season whomped for Dave and basically prepared for the worst. Instead Dave managed to beat his last two seasons in goals and points, although came up just shy of beating his S77 assists total. Still overall an improvement, but with a massive drop in +/- which makes sense based on what I have been told of how the season went for the team. So in summary I expected Dave to perform closer to a man with one foot back in the grave and instead he had a slight resurgence which is a nice surprise.
