Given the power, Chuck Lumbermouth would remove Yukon (his own team) from his conference. He would place them in a brand new conference, the greatest conference. No one else is allowed in. Yukon receives an automatic playoff bid regardless of record.
I'd remove Montreal and replace them with Chicago, just so we can have some Great Lakes matchups of old. Of course it'd end with Toronto getting 100 points and missing the playoffs like the good old days

I would probably want to change out Quebec Citadells to the more understandable Quebec Snowowls. Not only for the better logo fit but also just because its a better name
I'd honestly remove my own team, Tampa, from the division and conference. For too long the East has been a struggle every season with every team almost always being competitive. I'd love to have several teams tanking and not-yet-grown in my conference to make regular season and seeding a little easier.

I am honestly not sure which teams are in my division conference so I will have to look it up. It looks like Tamp of Bay is in my conference, and did next best after my team so I would pick to remove them.
for the sake of my own sanity i would remove our own team philly from the division and place it in one of the Western divisions and probably take of the rebuilding teams and place them the east to level out the east vs west for a little while.

I kinda like the general idea of teams being able to qualify for SHL and get demoted to SMJHL so if Anchorage eventually gets their cup before I call it quits they would theoretically replace the worst placed team in SHL, aka the garbage dumpster team

I would move Calgary completely out of the SHL and relegate them to the SMJHL. You can bring up anyone from the SMJHL, but for the sake of this exercise, call up Nevada. I miss Las Vegas being in the SHL, so that's rectify that.
