This can be quite complicated or very simple, really. It comes down to what you can bring to the team yourself. Everything else is nearly almost out of your hands as an individual. The team needs to work on chemistry and trust to make things function in tandem on the ice and on the bench during an intense game. It's a two-way street between linemates; they need to step up their intensity and trust in you too. When things are going well, all that seems to work for me personally is the status-quo approach; keep adjustments to a minimum and, as a rookie, listen to the veterans and the leaders. If things weren't going so well, then it's important to follow the adjustments brought to the lineup and train harder to break though a slump. Going into the playoffs, we have to be able to put our best foot forward, we cannot get caught napping.
Hampus is not much of a fighter, with over 90 points this season he is looked to as a scorer and leaves the beating people up to other players. Sometimes though someone can really piss him off and then the fists go flying. This time around, someone boarded Jason Bourne, one of the best goal scorers in NL history and hampus took a little offense. He started the fight almost immediately, from skating over to the guy to yelling at him to fight was just a few seconds after the board. Hampuses main disadvantage is that his laundry basket head is big, a huge target for some to punch repetitively. That being said, he held his own in this one, got a few great punches in before the fight got broken up and he spent a few minutes in the box. We don't have to talk about how many punches he took for to the laundry basket but let's just say he didn't get completely destroyed.
The last week of the season has been incredibly tumultuous. As we are deep in the midst of a playoff race, we have been battling with our friends in NOLA for home ice (potentially) in the first round of the playoffs. As I line up for the faceoff in our final tilt of the season against New Orleans, I hear a quick whistle, but not the kind of whistle that comes from the referee. No, it's a quick chirp that comes from the sharp blow of air between lips. It's Lappalainen, an he's about as tough a customer as they come. "Hey, Smokes you want some of this smoke", he says in a slightly stirred accent.
Next thing I know, gloves are off and we are tussling. I have never been a scrapper. In fact there are only a handful of fights I've ever been in while playing professionally. The whole thing was quick and blurry. I don't even think I ever landed a punch. But it sure did get the crowd roaring and each of the benches were whooping and hollering before we knew it. Even if neither Lappalainen or I were much for fighting, we both understood that in that moment, we needed to play with our fists instead of our sticks to get the gangs going for what would be a fun conclusion to the playoff race.
NoNo Jo only wants to fight one person, and that is Beck. Because he taunts NoNo Jo and makes him do things like complete this PT even though NoNo Jo wants to go take a nap. Other than that they are pretty cool with each other so I really do think it is best to get it out on the ice and leave it on the ice. NoNo would say, “sorry bud” and then do a nice sucker punch. He may not know exactly what a sucker punch is but I am sure it would come to him in the moment. NoNo is going to win because small packages come with higher PSI of anger. Fighting fair? Does that mean tickling isn't allowed? NoNo Jo will definitely be tickling or at least really trying to past all those big bulky hockey pads. The fight is entertaining for all involved, and makes Beck and NoNo have an even stronger relationship after. Good fight.
I think if bongo would fight soemone it would be a very small man or a girl because like tom myers he is misogynist and mean to small people.. i think that Bongo would fight Calgary Dragons' 150 lb right winger Jennifer Huh. Bongo would probably use judo grips that shoyo hinata had taught him and absolutely pound jennifer right in the chiclets multiple times. he would porbably break both of her orbital bones and after fracturing her jaw and allowing her to turtle on the ice, he'd probably punch her in the lungs and with a hammer fist technique.
bongo would then proceed to taunt the calgary crowd with middle fingers and the 'go to sleep' emote (two hands prayer-style next to the ears and audibly snoring). When the replay is shown on the jumbotron bongo would go crazy and start punching the glass and growling at the fans. he would not get suspended but the boys would likely be scared to hang out with him after.
yosh SMJHL GM
SKOOMA SKOOMA SKOOMA SKOOMA IN YOUR DNA
Aslak focuses on being the best team player he can on the ice as Quebec City continues its pursuit of another Four Star Cup. He knows he isn’t one of the most skilled or naturally gifted hockey players on the ice. His gift is his defensive IQ, his willingness to sacrifice his body and his focus on doing the little things that help a team win hockey games.
He’s never going to be one of the most outspoken voices in the locker room, but his leadership by example is one reason why he was awarded a letter on the Citadelles. The team knows it can rely on him no matter how high or low things are going, and he has proven the importance of that steady demeanor.
Aslak’s skillset has expanded during his time in the SMJHL, and he is among the top 10 in assists for defensemen this season. However, that has merely been a byproduct of his work behind the scenes to improve and help his team in any way possible.
Written Option 2: Even though the intensity of games usually picks up during the playoffs for many teams the push to make it to the playoffs, to get better seeding or to fight for those important points that determine draft order means that now is the last moment for teams and players to up their game. In the end you win or lose as a team so what does your player do to help their teammates to push their game to the next level? What even can be done this late into the season? Do they lead by example, pushing themselves as hard as they can and hoping rest do the same? Have a motivational speech or two? Come up with some team building exercises or activities out of the regular training? Host shared dinners among the whole team from here on out? How does your player help their team to get ready for playoffs?
Being a rookie this year, obviously the playoffs are a new thing for me. However, I had my fair share of playoff games in Junior with the Colorado Raptors, and while I understand that the pro league is going to be more intense, I still have at least some experience there. As far as leadership, I let the veterans who have been there before lead, however in the position that we’re in with a rebuilding team coming out of a rebuild, and now being a contender, there’s really room for everybody to lead whether it be by example or with their words in the room or on the bench. We have so many great players here in Seattle and it’s so exciting to see how far this team has come, and this organization has grown at such an incredible rate. The top teams in the league have a new team to fear in the Argonauts.

Following up on a great final season finish and the deep cup run last season, the Carolina Kraken have had it slightly worse this season. Only mustering 78 total points to finish as the 7th best team in the league. Compared to the 100 points and 3rd overall finish the season prior. Due to their current form the upcoming playoff run will be harder than that of the previous year. Now they face a tough Nevada Battleborn team. Honza Havran will move himself into the position of more of a team leader. Helping the rookies through this upcoming playoff run. After last season he feels like he has quite the be of experience together with the rest of the players who were here last season.
He will try to lead by example being a solid pillar between the sticks for his team. It will be interesting to see wether he will play a majority of the playoff games again or if it will be a a-b with the other goalie on the team. Despite this, in the games he is not starting he will cheer hard for him team just as if he were out there playing.
Option 1
Kristian Seppanen, the star right defenceman and assistant Captain for the Atlanta Inferno dihydrogen oxide (ice) hockey team of the Atlantic Division of the Eastern Conference of the Simulation Hockey League, otherwise known as the SHL, would make sure to fight Betzee Nickelback any chance he gets down the stretch. He just really can't stand her, and any chance he can take to get her off the ice is better for everyone. Sadly, because Betzee is kinda bad and so are the Manhattan Rage, it would be a waste to keep Seppanen off the ice for the five minutes, but oh well, that's the cost of getting Kristian Seppanen's adrenaline pumping and making him an effective player down the home stretch of the season. Otherwise, if Kristian Seppanen heeds to, he'll happily drop the gloves but otherwise his skill set is best dedicated on blocking shots and making game-winning moves to secure the team some big wins.
It would take place in the very last game of the season. And the reason for it would only be to win some time for The wall of Armada, Dieter Fruhstuck to catch his breath in between the blocked shots.
The fighting skill Abbe Wass got is somewhere between a little innocent child and an ent. Meaning that if the fight happens on a good day he could bring down Water to the little hell. But if it happens on a bad day he probably would be schooled.
But since the whole purpose of the fight is winning time for the team to rest it wouldnt matter so much how the outcome would be. The team reaction would be laughter and cheerful, probably no matter how the fight ended. And thats because the whole team, and probably fans knows Abbes weak right hook. The team would take the breather well and use it wisely and step up and help Dieter make blocking history.
Viktor has only ever been in one fight his entire SHL career, and he won it! I believe that bodes well for his second fight, though he is much older now. The fight would 100% happen during a game against SFP's forever rival team in LAP, though at this point I could also see the occasion where it would happen against any of the other teams in the pacific division. As for the who...no idea. Viktor has never started a fight, and I have a hard time believing he'd manage to piss anyone off enough to warrant getting jumped. Maybe it turns into a captain vs captain thing, for bragging rights, or to set the tone for the playoffs. Viktor is also a jacked old man, so my money is still on him winning. If there's anything I'll allow myself to be cocky as hell about on his behalf, it's his ability to throw and land a punch, even though it's never been in his nature to do so.
