idk anything about Gauthier, but getting him does not mean the #1 problem is solved lol
I knew someone was gonna say that soon as I posted that Tongue

Frederik Gauthier is gonna be a player that Randy Carlyle would trust on both ends of the ice. His two-way game is pretty good and goes into the corners and plays along the boards, his skating and passing has top line potential written all over it, he has a great IQ and reacts to plays quickly. He doesnt have the greatest shot though.

Interesting, I was on Dave Nonis's Wiki Page and I found this

On April 26, 2013, Nonis was named the general manager of the 2012-13 season by Sports Illustrated.

In a Sportsnet WHL captains poll Toronto Maple Leafs prospect Morgan Rielly was named on ballots as the leagues best player, best NHL prospect and best offensive D-man, as well as it's fastest skater.

Colton Orr is on the verge of getting a new two-year deal with TOR, worth a little less than $1M per year.

His IQ is average, his passing is slightly above average. He's a stalberg clone who plays centre right now. He has top-6 potential but likely will end up a solid 3rd line C.

“The Wheel of Time turns, and Ages come and pass, leaving memories that become legend. Legend fades to myth, and even myth is long forgotten when the Age that gave it birth comes again. ... There are neither beginnings nor endings to the Wheel of Time. But it was a beginning.”

Why does Nonis want Jonathan Bernier? According to Bob McKenzie that Frattin and a draft pick would go back to LA. Why would we do this? Goaltending is the less of the reasons if anything sign a veteran backup in free agency. A shutdown defenseman and a number 1 center should be the worries not a unproven goalie.

Bernier is a beast he is just over shadowed by quick. Btw i heard Boston is gonna try and get Kessel in the off season.

Your a dork. No way Boston goes for Kessel. He doesn't fit there style.

Also I don't understand why go for Bernier either. Great goalie don't get me wrong but he plays on the best defensive team and also has never played more then 25 games. We have Reimer who has played more and has been very succesful on a team who isn't good defensively.
