I asked <a href='index.php?showuser=2632' rel='nofollow' alt='profile link' class='user-tagged mgroup-3'>CaptainCats</a> questions:
1. How much playing time do you expect?
I get that I’m not the top winger on the team right now. I am hoping the coaches can give me 10-12 minutes to start. By the end of the year I hope I can earn closer to 18 minutes a night.

2. What would you call your play style?
I try to model my play style after Todd Bertuzzi (minus the on-ice assault), I’m not afraid to go into the corners and get my nose dirty.

3. Where do you see yourself fitting in?
I will fit in wherever the coach wants to put me. I’m always willing to do what’s best for the team.

4. Do you see yourself playing for your country?
I’d love to get the chance one day! If I’m lucky I’ll play alongside Kaapo Kekkonen.

5. How will the Militia do this year?
Well when you look at last year we finished 2nd in the regular season before falling short in the playoffs, and we have a good group of rookies so I don’t think I’m being unrealistic when I say we shouldn’t settle for less than winning the league this year.

And he asked Dakota questions:
1. What is your pregame meal?
"Pregame is all about carbs, so I like a box of mini powdered donuts and a half bottle of Malort."

2. What part of your game needs the most work that you hope to improve in the SMJHL?
"Probably my scoring. Hits are a dime a dozen for me in any given game, but I can always handle scoring more goals."

3. If you could pick a superpower what would it be?
"Domino's power from the X-Men. The ability to bend and affect luck or chance could change anything in a game."
(Real life: Shapeshifting, Mystique style. I may or may not have body image issues. Also, Marvel is best.)

4. Which holiday is your favorite and why?
"Boxing Day. Good presents, good football. Much more fun than Christmas itself."
