If the Kelown Knights had players from the Team Vancouver Whalers like Gabriel Wong, Tommy & Timmy Barlow, Joshua Woodcraft, Danny Mete, Karno Grönkjaer, Liam O'Callaghan, Ostap Maksimov and Julein O'Sullivan then I believe they had the chance to win the series and be very competive for Round 2 and the Four Star Cup Final. If an Team win the first four Games that means total domination and this sweep is always hard for the opponent. They must be strong and try all to make it better next season. The Vancouver Whalers also smashed the Colorado Mammoths after 5 games but then in the Finals it was very close! every game was close and in the end the St.Louis Scarecrows won the Four Star Cup. In my opinion to lose the final is way more harder than the first round of the playoffs. Because you are so close on this Cup and then you must see how others celebrate. Maybe the Kelowna Knigths will be more competive next season. Mostly in the SMJHL you has 2-3 really good season and then you are in a hole because its best if you contrate on 2-3 season. Then the percantage is higher to win a cup than always be an playoff team but never stacked.

Final Game in the Four Star Cup Final

The sixth Game of the Four Star Final between the St.Louis Scarecrows and Vancouver Whalers were a hard fight for both Teams. After the second period we had the score one to one. In the first around seven minutes we don't saw a winner yet. Then some seconds later the St.Louis Scarecrows hero Logan Jensen marked the lead. DeMaricus Smyth and Seth Paige assisted him for this very important Goal. The Vancouver Whalers tried all after the lead for St.Louis. They took the goalie out of the net and they played with the empty net. All or nothing!!! But than the takeover. Jack Daniels passed to Paddy O'Sullivan and he made the Goal. Three to one was now the score and we had only thirtythree seconds at the clock. The St.Louis Scarecrows started a small party on the ice but the refs came to them and told them … „Guys you just have 33 seconds. After that you can make your party here in Vancouver.“ After this the coach reassured the team and they were focused on the Game. They brought the three to one lead over the time and finally started the party. After a very long and hard season the St.Louis Scarecrows won the Cup.
