Task #1 - How would round 1 have gone down if the team matchups had been different? Which teams would be advancing to round 2? Would it have been more evenly matched? Less?

Considering that all players are capped in the SMJHL, I believe the teams there are all pretty evenly matched. Obviously, the more capped players you have, the better you should be but we all know how weird the sim engine is so I'm not sure if different matchups would've changed much. It's all about finding the right combinations with your lines (or should I say, the ones that gives you decent results the most often) and have a little luck. If there was a resim with the exact same teams and the same lines, I think the results could be different as well because of how much the engine relies on calculations that could go one way or the other.

For the sake of the question, though, if we look at the stats, perhaps a matchup between the Kelowna Knights and the Detroit Falcons would've meant a different outcome for both teams, since their regular season matchup was pretty close with Kelowna winning 3 and Detroit 4. However, the Falcons scored more goals against Kelowna than the Knights did in their games against them so maybe it would have been even for both teams and that series would have gone further than the 4 and 5 games we got in the first round.

Task #2 - Make a top 5 list for the finals. Top 5 goals, top 5 players, top 5 noteworthy people in the audience for one of the games, whatever you want. No word count, but if you just list 5 names, you won't get the full 2 tpe. Be a little creative.

4. Jack Daniels' grandma cooking her famous Jack Daniels/pumpkin pie which is given to the Scarecrows players before the game;

2. Interviewing bandwagonners around the arena and asking them if Ashley J. Caboose is a dude or a grill;
1. Aquire life-size scarecrows of the players and place them around the arena, scaring both crows and children alike.

Task #3 - Either write an interview with your player about your team's playoff hopes (or if you're on an eliminated team, an interview about your team's season in review) OR create a program cover for one of the games in any playoff series.
Requirements: Written option - At least 200 words. Graphic option - Logos of both teams in the matchup and at least one player render.



Task #4 - Create a 4 Star Cup Championship banner similar to the one the SHL uses at the top of the site.
Requirements: Must include a team logo and at least one player render.



Task #5 - Write a goals highlight play by play for one series winning game OR make an infographic featuring stats from a series winning game.
Requirements: At least 200 words for written / at least 4 stats featured in at least 2 different ways for graphics (bar graphs, pie graphs, list of names, etc)
