It's a fairly typical forum site. A first time sim leaguer might have more trouble.

None at all.

Written tutorial, yes.
5) What would you like to do while waiting for the SMJHL Draft?(Example: Prospect Tournament)
A prospect tourney would be pretty neat, but balancing teams would be a nightmare.
