Given as that is a rule no one's thought to introduce until an unfortunate mistake happened, it's probably stupid to try and pin this on anyone, especially not the player it happened to.

First of all, don't play this game with me, Justice. I can't find it on the new site, nor do I care to spend that much time looking for it, but on the old site there was an example thread on how to update your player. It shows you to keep track of your capped TPE. Click this link to see.

Karey would have been here during the times of the old site, and this link is provided in the "Your First PT" link, so I don't buy your reasoning.
