Again a) i thought i was following the rule cause in my players update thread it included an updated capped tpe count. Also my update was posted prior to the rule being posted.

He did it because the person in charge of him for his updating job said not to update people who don't have their current capped tpe in their update. It's not a power trip, it's not cheating, it's doing his job. Just put it in your update. I can't believe you're calling someone else lazy when you literally can't take the time of day to put this in your update:


After checking your updates it looks like you're doing it now, so the strategy of not updating you without it in your updates worked.
