Career Statistics Career Regular Season Stats: GP: 1050 | G: 302 | A: 508 | P: 810 | +/-: +15 | PIM: 205 | HIT: 655 | SB: 256 The German, Scholz spent most of his impressive 21 season career with the Blizzard. During his time in the SHL Scholtz scored over 300 goals and had over 500 assists, a highly impressive total for both of these stats. Not know for taking the body as much as others in the league he still recorded over 600 hits in his career which shows his willingness to play physical when required. In his best season for the Blizzard, Scholtz scored 23 goals and added 34 helpers for a total of 57 points, a number many in this league would dream to hit for a season but Scholz did this twice, also recording 57 points in S35. Nikolaus also was able to lift the Challenge Cup twice in his career, the first in S28 his first year in Edmonton and again in S45, his last which allowed him to go out on top.
