As soon as the lockout start Brady McIntyre went straight to the SHL's headquarters in... idk wherever you want to believe it is. I'm going with New York. Brady went straight to New York to demand what the lockout was for. It turns out that the SHLPA and the SHL HO couldn't agree on which set of rules to go by. The old rules which have been shown to be broken or the new rules which will require the HO to do some work and will create some interesting outcomes. He offered his help and spent hours working on ways to help the HO get things ready for the next season. After days he went home feeling helpful and accomplished. As soon as he got home he stepped onto the ice and it felt super weird. He no longer felt like an all star. He still has the passing skills but for some reason his shot just turned to garbage. He lso just wasn't as physical as he used to be. Fortunately it seemed like everyone else on the ice was just as regressed if not worse. It's going to be an interesting season when the SHL switches to the new rules finally.
