In this case, 6 separate updates didn't catch this issue. The entire point of an updater's job is to catch problems like this, which is why, when the first one was discovered, the updater simply said it wasn't valid and seemed to move on. The fact that 6 updaters failed to notice that a training week had been claimed outside of the correct week suggests gross negligence on the part of them, that they weren't even checking the dates of the training purchases.

Kenvald did not just move on. He looked and saw it had happened previously and then he requested an audit.
