Bane has many strengths as one might suspect as a defenseman; he's intelligent, fast, and possesses a good offensive skill set. However, perhaps his biggest strength is his physicality and defensive skills. Bane can punish offensive players rushing into his own zone quite strongly and be a stable force on the back-line of any SMJHL and SHL team.
