I want to start by thanking Gibby for his vote of confidence - you've been nothing but a blessing to Minnesota since you've been appointed as Head GM, we all see how hard you work for this franchise, and I cannot wait to see where the next few seasons will lead us.

That said, these are huge shoes to fill. You don't replace a 3x HoF player builder like fever over night. I'm excited to take the next step in my SHL career, both on and off the ice, and I'll work my damned hardest to bring back this storied franchise to its rightful path. We've got some great pieces in place, and the league seems to be dozing off on us, but I see this gem in the rough day in and day out, and once it's done polishing, the rest of the SHL will tremble in green jealousy.
