I'm going to sound ridiculous saying this because everyone always complained about this in regards to STHS but I think the biggest flaw in my experience with FHM would have to be the lack of variance team to team, with Simon T there was always that weird outside chance that some totally out of the blue team snags the last playoff slot, but I don't really feel as though that's possible with FHM and that's become more and more evident with the fact that people are scoring higher than ever before on season predictions. In the past it was like "Oh fuck yeah, I got 6 on predictions" and now it's almost disappointing to get less than 10 or 11.

In less words FHM to an extent makes the regular season somewhat a drag for those lower ranked teams cause it's just a means to an end.

I do it because I enjoy it, which wasn't the cause even just a week ago. You can ask @SDCore just last week I was one or two comments from hanging up the suit as a manager, but sometimes you gotta take those deep breaths and reassess why you're doing it, if you do not enjoy management don't stay out of obligation because in all honesty, you're probably doing the team an overall disservice.
