Tampa Bay will not finish with the worst record this season - San Francisco will

I don't think this is bold at all. San Fran had to move a lot of bodies to remain under the cap and they had to bring in some poor players that will definitely make their roster a lot worst. I have a funny feeling that San Fran does end up in last this season.
