You have a member literally saying he makes the site feel less safe by being on it. This isn't some one off rant from him, this is a continuation of the exact same behavior he's exhibited for months on end.
I don't know what ruutu has on HO that makes you feel like you need to coddle his balls in any punishment you give him, but this is fucking disgusting and a blemish on the HO and the Owners. You've banned people like wiki, formx, and PenKnight. Somehow you let this muppet skate, knowing that nothing is going to change on his end.
There have been 2 shl teams that have had to cut him due to his actions now. What, just one season apart? One just days before the playoffs started, which should speak volumes. I'm blown away that Nevada hasn't cut him, to the point where I wouldn't even want to be associated with the team at this point. I'm honestly surprised that @Jearim hasn't cut ties with him in the minors.
When I retired my player the other day, my plan was to recreate when you (ho/owners) finally realized you had a cancer on your hands and had a perfect opportunity to cleanse yourself of it. It's mind blowing that you think "aw hell mate, 2 weeks will teach him a thing or two!" The NHL is more consistent with their punishments. A decision like this makes me glad I'm no longer a part of the league, and I don't know if I'll even bother to recreate if you ever get your head out of your asses and actually remove the cancer.
What a fucking joke.
I mean if he does come back and continue to do this he gets banned, I don't really see how the second harshest punishment they can give him is a "joke". HO isn't coddling his balls at all this is literally just the process, and I say this as someone who feels/knows the site is better off with him permabanned.
If he doesn't learn his lesson after this second punishment, which based on the past is likely, then he gets perma'd. I don't understand the giant outcry about this? He's been given the ultimatum and a ban is the next step from that.
And again, I don't think he'll change and would've been happy to see him permabanned, but the process is the process and it should be followed imo.
