If he doesn't learn his lesson after this second punishment, which based on the past is likely, then he gets perma'd. I don't understand the giant outcry about this? He's been given the ultimatum and a ban is the next step from that.

And again, I don't think he'll change and would've been happy to see him permabanned, but the process is the process and it should be followed imo.

You mean for other times he's done the exact thing that got him suspended here that he wasn't punished for? Yeah he probably merited a second suspension long before this one I'd agree.
