Well this should be pretty easy. Aside from a two or three game stint with Jorg Fuchs early in the season (to rest up, as I was still low on stamina at that point) I've only known one defensive partner, Igor Victory, and let me tell you, we're a match made in heaven.
First off our builds compliment each other very well. He's a strong defender, while I lean more offensive. His strong play in the back can allow me to cheat and try to make plays that I may not be able to with a different partner, lest not we look down the barrel of a breakaway thereafter. But I think the results speak for themselves as we have combined to put up 17 goals, 49 assists, and 66 Points. Those 66 points rank among the top pairings in the league. Most impressive of all, though, is that the duo went a streak of 33 games between games where EITHER of them had a negative +/-. For each game from game 25 to game 57 the worst either player finished was even. That's on a team where the next best defender had 10 games as a minus player AND with each player seeing over 20 minutes a game.
Chemistry can be hard to quantify, but I think these numbers do prove that there is definitely some on ice chemistry between Gregory Goode and Igor Victory. By far the most elite defensive pair I've been a part of this season.
