With expansion coming plenty of teams will be losing players and have spots needed to fill. The downside however of being on a great lakes team is having to play all the other one's and having the risk of missing the playoffs even while being a top team in the league. That however no longer needs to be a concern as with the new divisions you can get all the benefits of being on a great lakes team with none of the downsides by coming to the Chicago Syndicate and their new division and getting free stat padding opportunities and success without worrying about the other great lakes teams at all until probably the finals depending on the playoff format.
