I think the problem with PTs is they get very stale if you aren't writing about something you care about, especially once you've been in the league for a while and written a lot of them. People tend to just write endlessly until they hit the 150 word count and don't really care about what they jot down. I think more open ended PTs where people can write about whatever they want instead of strict prompts are better.
