Which SHL or SMJHL team was the best team to not make the finals this season and why?

i think considering the teams that did not make either of the season 59 simulation hockey league finals, or the season 58 simulation major junior hockey league finals, the best team would probably definitely be the new orleans spectres, of the simulation hockey league's southwest division. a sample size of 66 games is not large enough in my opinion to determine that new orleans league worst record was reflective of their true capabilities, and i think a resim of the season would prove that. other good teams to not make the finals include the new england wolfpack, the tampa bay barracuda, the manhattan rage, and the baltimore platoon. up for consideration could also be the newfounland berserkers, and the quebec city citadelles.
