Are you looking for a long and successful career as a junior player, or are you hoping to be called up to the big leagues as soon as possible? The goal is to make it to the big leagues. However, staying a junior for a little bit is cool too. You've gotta do your time.

- What type of player are you looking to build? Are you looking to play a more offensive or defensive role? As a goalie, defensive is typically the way to go. If you get to offensive, bad things usually happen (within reason).
